Conditions

1. There is NO buyers premium. Only Swiss VAT is applicable for sales within Switzerland.
2. Machines can be inspected by appointment. If nothing is mentioned, the machines are located in Switzerland.
3. If a bid enters within 15 minutes from end, the sale is extended by 15 minutes exactly from the last bid.
4. The bids must be multiple of
   50 € between 0 and 1'000 €,
   200 € between 1'000 and 5'000 €,
   500 € between 5'000 and 10'000 €,
   1'000 € between 10'000 and 50'000 €,
   2000 € between 50'000 and 100'000 €,
   5'000 € between 100'000 and 200'000 €,
   10'000 € between 200'000 and 500'000 €,
   20'000 € above 500'000 €.
5. After you placed a bid, you will be informed via email if a higher bid is placed.
6. All machines must be collected within 4 weeks after end of auction.
7. All payment arrangements must be made within 10 days after end of auction.
8. Your bid is binding.
9. Payment of the goods before shipment, or against L/C. Checks are not accepted.
10. Loading and export papers can be provided.
11. Preparation for shipment - plastic cover rust protection - can be provided. Ask for an offer.
12. Machines are sold 'as is' without warranty.
13. Technical specifications and pictures without guarantee.
14. We accept irrevocable letters of credit against an additional payment of € 650.00
15. We provide the certificate of origin on demand.
16. A possible setting to the CE standards will be charged to the buyer.
17. The machines are sold ex site.
18. The costs of loading are always at the expense of the customer to the indicated price or on demand.
